Tonight's dinner was inspired by 1.5 large boneless chicken breasts I had roasted last night. (The other 2.5 were turned into homemade nuggets last night for dinner) there was a medium ham steak, 3/4 bag (6oz) shredded mozzarella in the freezer, some broccoli that needed to be eaten tonight, a tube of biscuits (10 ct) and a can of aldi cream of chicken soup from the pantry.
Sort of a ham & chicken divan theme. And I have leftovers for my supper tomorrow night.
Chop all the meats small, steam the broccoli in the microwave (2 minutes), mix with the cream soup and 3/4 can of milk - pour in the 9x13, top with cheese and biscuits - bake at 350 about 25 minutes (depends on the biscuits so they are cooked and not gluey on the bottom)
Kids gobbled it up...and it took about 20 minutes to mix up (mostly chopping time)
